Accion is a small team turning peer-reviewed research into KAI, autonomous performance engineering that makes AI hardware run at its full capability. We're early enough that what you build shapes the company.

We hire for two things: exceptional engineering, and being genuinely interesting. In our experience the best systems people are also the most interesting to talk to, so we look for range, taste, and curiosity well beyond the job description.

We're especially keen to meet people who work close to the metal: GPU and kernel engineers, ML systems people, and researchers building autonomous systems that reason over real hardware feedback.
